Products

• All figures are sold as unpainted, unassembled resin model kits. Product photos show painted examples for reference only.
• Every item is printed to order. There is no stock inventory — each kit is made specifically for your order.
• Minor cosmetic variations between prints are normal and not considered defects.
• Some products contain adult-themed content and are intended for adult collectors only (18+).

Orders & Payment

• Payment is collected at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout.
• Prices are listed in USD and include the figure kit only — shipping and tax are added at checkout where applicable.
• Missouri sales tax is applied to orders shipping within Missouri, as required by state law.
• Once printing has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel before production starts.

Shipping

• We ship to US domestic addresses only.
• Orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 have a flat $10 shipping fee.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for printing and processing before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional.
• A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If your kit has a structural print defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint and reship at no charge.
• If your package arrives damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve it.

Products sold on Cr4zy3DP are fan art model kits created by independent artists. They are unofficial, unlicensed collectibles made by fans for fans. All original character rights belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

Cr4zy3DP is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use, assembly, or painting of our products. Resin model kits are hobby products that require tools and adhesives — use them responsibly.
