Refund Policy
Every figure we sell is printed to order specifically for you. Because of this custom nature, our refund policy is straightforward.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each kit is printed specifically for your order and cannot be resold.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once printing has started, cancellation is no longer possible. If we have not yet begun production, we will issue a full refund.
Defective Products
- If your kit has a structural print defect (missing parts, broken pieces, significant layer failures), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will reprint and reship the defective parts at no charge.
- Minor cosmetic variations between prints (slight texture differences, minimal layer lines) are normal for resin 3D printing and are not considered defects.
Damaged in Shipping
If your package arrives damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and damaged parts. We will work with you to resolve the issue — either reprinting affected parts or issuing a refund at our discretion.
