Shipping Policy

Service Area

We ship to US domestic addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates

• Orders of $100 or more — free shipping.
• Orders under $100 — flat rate of $10.00.

Processing Time

Every figure is printed to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for printing and processing before your order ships. Larger or more complex figures may take slightly longer.

Shipping transit time is additional and depends on your location. Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your order history.

Carrier

Orders are shipped via USPS. Larger orders may ship via UPS at our discretion.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Missouri addresses, as required by Missouri state law. All other US states are tax-free.
