No. All product images show painted examples for reference only. Every figure is sold as an unpainted, unassembled resin model kit. You receive the parts and do the assembly and painting yourself — that's the fun of it!

Your kit arrives as separate resin parts, pre-cleaned and ready to work with. You'll need to sand any support marks, glue the pieces together, and then prime and paint. Basic modeling tools and hobby glue (super glue / CA glue) are recommended.

All figures are printed in high-detail photopolymer resin using DLP/MSLA 3D printing technology. Resin captures fine details much better than FDM (filament) printing.

No. These are adult hobby model kits. Resin parts can have sharp edges, and the assembly process involves tools and adhesives. Many of our figures also contain adult-themed content. These are intended for adult collectors and hobbyists only.

Basic hobby tools are recommended: flush cutters or sprue cutters, sandpaper (220–400 grit), super glue (CA glue), and hobby primer before painting. A hobby knife is also useful for cleanup.

Most figures are available in 6", 8", 10", and 12" heights. The base size is 8" — other sizes are scaled proportionally. Each size has its own price. Check the product page for available sizes.

Height is measured from the base of the figure to the top of the head (or highest point). The measurement refers to the finished assembled figure.

Some figures come in different poses or styles (e.g. different outfit, weapon, or pose). Variants with significant differences in complexity may have a small price adder. The product page will show all available variants.

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through PayPal's secure checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once printing has started we cannot cancel the order. Use the Messages section in your account to reach us quickly.

Sales tax is only charged on orders shipping to Missouri addresses, as required by Missouri law. All other US states are tax-free.

Each kit is printed to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for printing and processing before shipment. Shipping time is additional depending on your location.

No, we currently ship to US domestic addresses only.

Yes. You'll receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking in your order history.

Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If there is a defect or error with your order, please contact us and we will resolve it.

If your kit has a significant print defect (not cosmetic, but structural), contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll reprint and reship at no charge.
